Export Lumber
TRAPA in Global Lumber Exports
TRAPA has been exporting lumber globally since the 1970s, starting with clear coastal softwood to Europe and Japan. Over time, we expanded our product range to include diverse species, sizes, and grades to serve a broader international customer base.
Sourcing primarily from Western Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest, TRAPA has built strong, long-term partnerships with trusted suppliers. Many rely on us as their exclusive platform to grow in global markets. These enduring relationships are central to our success, supporting a reliable supply chain and delivering consistent value to all stakeholders.
Today, TRAPA manages export sales for several independent, multi-generational family sawmills and oversees global sales for Hampton’s nine sawmills. Recognized for quality, reliability, and trust, TRAPA is a solutions-driven supplier offering unmatched flexibility and a wide-ranging product mix. We take pride in sourcing the right lumber from the right regions to meet the specific needs of customers around the world.
